Getting Help from Your EasyCare Plus Plan
Register for your secure online account to check health plan details, request a new ID card, and much more. You can also communicate with your Care Team at any time. Just like an email, you can send and receive messages that are saved all in one place.
If you have specific questions about your plan, scroll down to see who to contact. For other questions, call your Care Team 1-866-783-1444 (TTY: 711), 7 days a week, 8 am – 8 pm.
IMPORTANT: If you have an emergency and need to visit the emergency room, always call 911.

To protect your privacy, we will always ask you to provide three pieces of information to identify yourself. You can use any three of the following:
- EasyCare Plus member ID number
- First and last name
- Date of birth
- Full address
- Phone number
To see if a medication is on the EasyCare drug list, use the Find a Medication tool. To get answers to questions about pharmacy benefits, please call MedImpact at 1-888-672-7205 (TTY: 711), weekdays, 24 hours a day, or log onto the MedImpact portal.

Use our Find a Doctor tool to find an in-network dentist near you, and then contact the dentist directly to make an appointment with them.
If you have a question about dental benefits, please call Healthplex at 1-800-468-9868 (TTY: 1-800-662-1220), Monday–Friday, 8 am–6 pm. Dental appointments cannot be made by calling Healthplex.
To get in-network vision care, please use our Find a Doctor tool. Contact the vision care office directly to make an appointment.
For questions about vision benefits, please call Superior Vision at 1-800-507-3800 (TTY: 1-800-201-7165), Monday–Friday, 8 am–9 pm, and Saturday, 11 am–4:30 pm. Vision appointments cannot be made by calling Superior Vision. Vision appointments cannot be made by calling Superior Vision.
If you need help with an emotional or behavioral issue, please call Carelon Behavioral Health (formerly called Beacon Health Options) at 1-866-317-7773 (TTY: 771), Monday – Friday, 8 am – 8 pm 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, for emergencies. You can also look for a mental health provider by using our Find a Doctor tool.
To get help with Medicaid recertification, you can call us at 1-866-783-1444 (TTY: 711). Medicaid recertification specialists are available Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm.
