Join VNS Health on Thursday, June 8, for a free special members-only health fair! Meet with members of your Care Team, and get your plan benefit questions answered.

Get a health screening:

  • Body mass index (BMI)
  • Blood Pressure

Attend educational sessions on the following topics, and more:

  • Nutrition
  • Preventing falls
  • Meditation and anxiety reduction

This free event is open only to our health plan members and their home health aides and caregivers.

For VNS Health EasyCare (HMO), VNS Health EasyCare Plus (HMO D-SNP) & VNS Health Total (HMO D-SNP) Members

If you’re eligible for transportation benefits, you can use them to attend the fair. To schedule a ride, call 1-877-718-4219 (TTY: 711), Monday - Friday, 8 am - 8 pm, at least 48 hours prior to the fair.
