We recently sent out a Quarterly Explanation of Benefits (QEOB) to VNSNY CHOICE Total
(HMO D-SNP) members for claims relating to medical services or items that were processed from October through December 2020.
Moving forward, we will no longer be sending you a Quarterly Explanation of Benefits (QEOB). Why? Because for people like you who have Medicare and full Medicaid coverage, most of your health care costs are covered by us. Therefore, it is not required that you receive a notice summarizing the claims for medical insurance benefits processed.
