New York State Medicaid Provider Revalidation Is Moving to NYS Provider Services Portal

The New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH) is transitioning Medicaid provider revalidation to the NYS Medicaid Provider Services Portal through a phased process running through June 2028.

Providers can use the PSP to manage Medicaid enrollment information and complete revalidation when notified by NYS DOH.

• NYS DOH will notify providers when it is time to revalidate.
• Providers should keep their contact information current to ensure they receive important notifications.
