Activate your Healthy Extras Card
All our VNS Health Medicare Advantage plan members get a Healthy Extras card, and all Medicare Advantage plans include OTC benefits.* Activate your card right away so you can start using it.
EasyCare (HMO) members: Call the number on your card to turn on your OTC benefit and get your Member Rewards.
EasyCare Plus (HMO D-SNP) and Total (HMO D-SNP) members: Call the number on your card to turn on your OTC, grocery, and Flex benefits and get your Member Rewards.
