EasyCare (HMO)

Regular Medicare covers a lot, but not everything. EasyCare offers benefits that regular Medicare doesn’t, like prescription drugs, dental care, hearing aids, vision, acupuncture, and more.

Most generic prescription drugs cost $0. If you qualify for Extra Help, you will pay $0 for all your prescriptions, depending on your eligibility. Read more about prescription drug coverage.

EasyCare includes: 

• OTC allowance to help to buy over-the-counter health items — $160 every three months (up to $640 a year). You can buy items in local stores or get them delivered to your home. 
• One convenient card, called Healthy Extras, for both your OTC benefits and rewards, making it easy to manage your health and wellness needs.
• A member rewards program. You can earn rewards for taking steps to stay healthy, like getting checkups and health screenings.
• SilverSneakers^® fitness program. Makes it easier to be active with gym membership and online classes. Many activities can be done from the comfort of your home.
• Get to the health care locations you need with 11 round trips to and from approved facilities.
• And more! 

With EasyCare, you get a health coach or care manager to help you be as healthy as possible. Our plan pharmacists can help make it easier for you to take the medications you need. You can have some doctor’s visits in the comfort of your home with our telehealth benefit. And you have 24/7 access to a nurse for when health concerns arise.
