Long Term Services and Supports

As a Total member, you’ll have a team of specialized health professionals who will help you and your doctor plan your care. Your Care Team is led by a care manager, who is a registered nurse or a social worker. Your care team can help with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, dressing, walking, and cooking.

Long term care services available at no cost to help you live well at home:

Healthy Extras Card

You receive two separate allowances on your Healthy Extras card. You can use your OTC and grocery benefit to buy everyday health items and healthy foods. Your Flex benefit can help you pay for home utilities and certain health-related expenses.

For more information about the many benefits of Total, see the Summary of Benefits and Evidence of Coverage in the Plan Materials section.

*Benefits and costs depend on your level of LIS or Medicaid eligibility and the plan you enroll in.
