Prescription Drug Benefits

Your drugs and supplies are only covered if you use a drug store in our network. If you can’t find one near you, call your care team. We may be able to help you find one. As a member of VNS Health Medicare, you can sign up for mail-order prescriptions delivered to your home.   

If you go out of network, you may need to pay for the items yourself and be reimbursed.

In rare cases, we may cover prescriptions filled at an out-of-network pharmacy. Please call your Care Team to learn more.

A pill pack can help you keep track of what pills to take and when. Pills come to you and or sorted by day and time.

If you take several medications for three or more health conditions, you may benefit from our Medication Management Therapy (MTM) program.

Call us or talk to your care manager. We can connect you with a local drug store that can put your medicine in pill packs for no charge.

Yes. Your drug benefits are managed by MedImpact. Their mail-order is called Birdi. You can sign up for Birdi and have your drugs mailed to you.
