New Community Centers Open in Brooklyn and Queens

VNS Health is excited to announce the opening of two new community centers in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, and Flushing, Queens. They join our Community Center in Chinatown in Manhattan as a resource for everyone in the community, whether or not you’re a member or patient of VNS Health.

Dedicated team members at our community centers will work with you and your family — at no cost — to see where you might qualify for VNS Health programs or services, including our health plans, home care, personal care, hospice care, or behavioral health.

VNS Health Community Centers also offer free, public events where you can connect

with neighbors, participate in wellness activities, and learn about health and wellness topics.

All VNS Health Community Centers are open Monday – Friday, 9 am–5 pm, except for holidays.
