Two New Medicare Plans Join the CHOICE Family

VNSNY CHOICE is excited to announce two new plans joining VNSNY CHOICE Total (HMO D-SNP) in the CHOICE family of Medicare Advantage (MA) plans.

  • VNSNY CHOICE EasyCare (HMO), for people who have Medicare.
  • VNSNY CHOICE EasyCare Plus (HMO D-SNP), for people who have both Medicare & Medicaid.

EasyCare and EasyCare Plus, which are designed to make it easier for New Yorkers to live healthier in their home and community, will begin serving members on January 1, 2022. The two new plans offer extra benefits that don’t cost extra and connect members with convenient services, like home delivery of health supplies and personalized support from health coaches and pharmacists.

Medicare Open Enrollment starts on October 15, but it’s not too early to look into your options. If you or someone you know has Medicare, you can visit our plan pages right now to see if EasyCare or EasyCare Plus is the right fit.
